4mm stringer assisted tiller steer plate boat. The uneducated would say “so what” while a few old salts know it’s very hard to find a decent tiller steer these days. The old tiller open boat is the first model to have the guts chopped out of when a manufacture wants a cheep boat. Our boats are well and trully over built and therefore she’s no light weight. Put her in Open Ocean or on a corrugated road up north and we’ll see who comes home.
